STATEMENT OF COMMITMENT TO OUR CODE OF CONDUCT

In order to serve our individual self-interests, the shareholders and employees of BECO Corporation agree that we will pool our resources to use them in the safest and most productive manner. The following code of conduct is consistent with the values we share as individuals. We agree to commit ourselves to practice this code for the benefit of our relationship.

We agree to provide our clients with the most competitive values possible while maintaining the profit levels needed to continue to improve our products and services in the future.

SAFETY

We agree to commit ourselves to provide a safe working environment.

PRODUCTIVITY

We agree to commit ourselves to continually improving company productivity. Productivity is a function of ideas, teamwork and effort.

IDEAS

We agree to listen to each other's ideas. Our business is "brain work" and it can always be improved with better ideas. Ideas can only come from people. People are our greatest resource.

TEAMWORK

We agree to work as a team. We each benefit from each other's success. We will treat clients, suppliers and each other as we expect to be treated; with respect, honesty, fairness and justice. We are each responsible for our own credibility. We will become "self managed".

EFFORT

We agree to serve as examples for each other. When necessary, we will make short-term personal sacrifices for the benefit of the company.

COMPENSATION

We agree to compensate each other based on performance. We will not ask for the unearned, nor will we be asked to accept less than we have earned. Each of us will share in the benefits created by our efforts, but only in accordance with the value of our individual contributions.
